System Architecture Disclaimers & Licensing Addendum
This technical addendum and architectural disclosure outlines the open-source attribution, modular boundaries, cryptographic constraints, and upstream lineage governing the AutoDM platform deployed under the Alfrez service umbrella.
1. Preamble & Architectural Context (§1.0 - §1.4)
1.0 Scope. AutoDM by Alfrez operates as a multi-tenant, distributed SaaS and enterprise orchestration engine designed for high-concurrency Instagram Graph API webhook processing, automated response dispatch, and bi-directional message routing.
1.1 Operational Framework. The software coordinates with Meta Graph API endpoints via strictly defined OAuth 2.0 authorization grants, decoupled background workers (BullMQ/Redis), persistent state relational engines (PostgreSQL via Prisma ORM), and cryptographic token security vaults.
1.2 Separation of Concerns. Architectural components are strictly partitioned between open-source foundational archetypes, standardized transport libraries, and proprietary Alfrez management, administrative, multi-tenant billing, and telemetry tiers.
2. Open-Source Attribution & Upstream Lineage (§2.0 - §2.3)
2.0 MIT License Compliance.Pursuant to the provisions set forth under standard open-source licensing regimes (specifically the Massachusetts Institute of Technology “MIT” License), attribution is hereby formally recorded for foundational public concepts and early structural references incorporated into initial prototyping phases.
2.1 Preservation of Notice. In full compliance with clause 1 of the upstream MIT licenses, the original copyright notices and permission notices are retained in all source distributions and binary builds where applicable.
2.2 Distinct Work Doctrine. All custom systems, administrative controllers, real-time analytics engines, rate limiters, token encryption modules, dynamic settings registries, and enterprise multi-workspace layers described in Section 3 constitute original works developed for AutoDM by Alfrez.
3. Alfrez Enterprise Enhancements & System Specifications (§3.0 - §3.7)
3.0 Module Overview. The system has been restructured and hardened with proprietary enhancements, enterprise failovers, and security controls, including but not limited to the following architectural implementations:
- 3.1 Dedicated Administration Portal & Worker Telemetry: Administrative control suite supporting live BullMQ queue inspection, active job telemetry, worker heartbeat polling, failed job retry queues, and real-time execution health checks.
- 3.2 Dynamic System Settings Engine: In-memory TTL-cached dynamic settings subsystem enabling dynamic runtime configuration of Meta App credentials, webhook secret verification parameters, rate thresholds, and global quotas without service restart.
- 3.3 Cryptographic Security & Token Encryption Vault: AES-256-GCM authenticated cipher encryption for all Instagram access tokens and secret payloads at rest, backed by environment-isolated key derivations.
- 3.4 Multi-Tier Quota & Custom Limit Regimes: User management infrastructure incorporating workspace paywall boundaries, granular tier allocations (Free, Pro, Agency), custom admin-allocated DM allowances (
customDmLimit), and policy enforcement triggers. - 3.5 Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) & Fail-Closed Authentication: Dual-mode authorization framework combining NextAuth JWT session validation, secure magic link delivery, administrative credential authorization, and instant suspension interceptors.
- 3.6 Hybrid Polling & Webhook Reconciliation: Dual-layer comment ingestion integrating real-time Instagram Webhook event subscriptions with automated background sweep reconciliation to ensure zero event loss under webhook drop conditions.
- 3.7 Cloud Resilience & Worker Keep-Alive Daemon: Integrated HTTP keep-alive monitoring daemon designed for continuous execution on containerized infrastructure (Render, Railway, Fly, AWS ECS) with graceful shutdown handling.
4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Scope (§4.0 - §4.2)
4.0 Brand Ownership.“AutoDM”, “Alfrez”, all associated design marks, graphical user interface layouts, visual token systems, and proprietary service software components are the exclusive property of Alfrez.
4.1 Commercial Services. Hosted infrastructure, multi-workspace support, high-availability queue clusters, SLA guarantees, and enterprise customer success operations are commercial provisions separate from any underlying open-source reference implementations.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Platform Boundaries (§5.0 - §5.2)
5.0 As-Is Provision.THE ARCHITECTURAL FRAMEWORK AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5.1 Meta Platform Dependency. Delivery latencies, webhook reception, and API availability are contingent upon Meta Platforms, Inc. Graph API operational parameters. Alfrez does not warrant uninterrupted third-party platform availability.
5.2 Inquiries. Formal licensing inquiries or administrative audits regarding this addendum may be submitted through authorized compliance channels designated in the platform Terms of Service.
